Now Streaming: When Breath Becomes Air, with Dr. Lucy Kalanithi

This week on Focus on Your Health I speak with Dr. Lucy Kalanithi. She is an internist and clinical instructor at Stanford School of Medicine. Her late husband, Dr. Paul Kalanithi, was a neurosurgeon at Stanford. His book, When Breath Becomes Air, recounts his path in medicine and his battle with the lung cancer that claimed his life when he was just thirty-seven years old. It is a New York Times best seller.

Paul grew up in Kingman, Arizona.

Recorded at Kingman Regional Medical Center, Kingman, Arizona.
